Spring Renewal Series - The Forgotten Muscles of Yoga: Pelvic Floor

A Forrest Yoga practice taught by Szilvia, supercharged with pelvic floor conditioning work! 

Working with the pelvic floor is often over-looked or forgotten while we practice yoga. In this experiential Forrest Yoga workshop we will cleanse the area free of guilt, shame and anything that dims the pelvis, and bring life to our pelvic floor and reproductive organs. 

Approximately 30minutes ceremonial work and 90minutes asana practice.
