Emotional Body Balance w/Szilvia

This Forrest Yoga workshop is accompanied by music to initiate a healing communication with our emotional body ! Emotions are closely connected with our well being, physical body and how we experience Life. My hope is that by getting to know your emotions you will get to regulate and balance your emotional body, through the healing therapeutics of Forrest Yoga. 

Approximately 30minutes ceremonial work and 90minutes asana practice.
