Oona is a Forrest yoga certified teacher, mixed-breed traveler with an easy laugh and a big heart. Oona has not only trained with Ana Forrest but completed multiple mentorship programs and the Yoga Bodyworkers training both with guardian teacher Brian and Jambo, discovering her love for hands-on work. She cares deeply about the practice and her students, and about finding new ways to feel and heal our bodies. She also brings medicine songs from several amazing lineages, and she might even whip out her fancy new ukulele in class...!
