This is a monthly donation based pelvic floor centered yoga ceremony when Szilvia’s in town.

All genders who are ready to learn are welcome ! This is a yoga ceremony, we start with check ins, cleansing smudge, offerings, then do yoga and end with a long savasana. Depending on the group this class will have a different sequence and slightly different focus each month.

Suggested donation: $30-$40 bring cash or paypal before or on the day of class.
